Description
The Physical Security (PS) Supervisor reports to the Security Lead and is responsible for leading multidisciplinary efforts to design, develop and operationalize security technology solutions across Humana's portfolio. The PS Supervisor maintains ownership of comprehensive risk assessment and physical security standards documentation. The candidate will be responsible for R&D to identify new security technology solutions, fill current gaps, and maintain a technology innovation roadmap.
The PS Supervisor will act as a portfolio project manager across all security solution projects, including M&A initiatives, and is responsible for maintaining metrics, budgets and documented risks across the portfolio. The PS Supervisor will implement and maintain a formal continuous improvement lifecycle approach to physical security operations, implementing lessons learned and data-driven enhancements as appropriate.

Leads the continual review of programs and technology to support the Safety and Security service delivery model that safeguards Humana People, and Property and company reputation.
Owner of comprehensive physical security standards documentation including regular review and revisions as appropriate
Lead R&D efforts to develop security technology roadmaps and new solutions
Act as portfolio project manager across the scope of all physical security initiatives, including M&A projects
Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic vendors and security integrators
Develop metrics for vendor accountability and SLAs and hold regular business reviews with all physical security vendors
Leads physical security operations (badging) team including development of playbooks and procedures, team management, serve as an escalation point for technical or customer service queries. Operate under a continuous improvement model to serve the enterprise and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or suitable military or government experience may be a substitute,
5 years private sector experience in a physical security operations, infrastructure design, risk assessment or similar role
Understanding of physical security needs to meet compliance with regulatory requirements and standards including SOC2, ISO27001
Experience leading teams, willingness and desire to create a team learning environment
Experience working in a large-scale, complex, matrixed and fast-paced environment
Advanced critical thinking and communication skills
Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization without having a direct reporting relationship
Highly organized, adapts quickly to changing demands, great attention to detail
Problem-solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and knows when to escalate
Able to respond to strategic direction, recognize leadership intent and re-prioritize workload accordingly
Strong sense of personal accountability and sound professional judgement, integrity is a must
Flexibility to respond 24/7 to urgent incidents or events, some travel may be required
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PSP/CPP or other security/system certifications a plus
3 years experience in intrusion detection, access control and video surveillance system administration, integration and/or design
