Essential Responsibilities
Prepare, arrange, and assemble material and components
Apply all types of welding processes to various parts and assemblies in all positions on or off the turbine
Perform all duties as part of a team.
Perform other related / assigned duties
Participate in Safety, Quality, and Productivity Improvement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited welding program
-Or-
Minimum of two years industrial/construction or similar commercial welding experience
-And-
Must meet medical/physical Fabricator Operator requirements
-And-
Must be proficient in Tig welding
-And-
Must successfully pass required weld testing and certify in the following:GTAW (Tig)
-And-
Must successfully pass a manufacturing assessment
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
Successful completion of a background check and drug screen
Willingness to work in a tobacco-free environment
Ability and willingness to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or 100% of a shift (with the exception of breaks), with or without reasonable accommodation

Ability to work occasional weekend shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation
