New Pay Rates: Starting at $15.90/HR and Up

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,000.00

This position is responsible for operating machinery and maintaining a product flow while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Tasks: This position is responsible for Loading (FOD) Feed Trucks, Unloading Feed Delivery Trucks, Hopper bottom trucks at this facility following Packers and Stockyards Procedures. Perform Feed Order/Deliver (FOD) System Functions. Report needed repairs to equipment. Assist in repair of equipment. Operate receiving equipment. Fill in for Team Members who are absent or on vacation. Run errands. Keep work areas clean.

Requirements: Must have intermediate computer skills--experience using SAP, FOD, and FIM preferred. Must have basic mechanical skills. Must be willing to read and write. Operate receiving equipment. Lift more than 50 lbs. Use broom, shovel, dustpan, and air wand. Use 8 to 12 lb. sledgehammer. Climb ladders and stairs. Work in elevated area. Ride in a man-lift. Must have a valid Alabama Driver License with a good driving record. Participate in team efforts. Cross-train on all positions. Work flexible hours. Follow Mill Safety Rules. Work in extreme heat and cold. Work in a dusty environment.

Must have (6) six months of continuous work history with (1) one employer within the last (24) twenty-four months.
