Job Description

This is Part-Time Position.

This position will perform various tasks inside and outside of the facility, to keep the property in showcase-ready condition.

Job duties may require utilizing heavy tools, full range of bending, and occasional amounts of heavy lifting, push/pull, reaching, grasping, standing or sitting in confined areas, exerting various amounts of force and working in various body positions. Many areas are accessible by stairs with railings, but use of ladders and catwalks are also necessary. Environmental temperatures range from -20° F up to and in excess of 95°F. Training will include Lock Out/Tag Out certification, Forklift Certification, Confined Space, and Fall Protection.

This facility runs 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday. All Maintenance Team Members work Sundays as part of their regular schedule
