Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Demonstrates strong
initiative and motivation to learn new technology and translate learning into
employee coaching and mentoring; motivation and ability to work flexible work
schedule; basic training within the iron and metal industry and/or electrical field;
hands-on experience with electro-technical and hydraulic machinery; excellent
customer service skills; excellent communication skills; ability to organize
and plan daily/weekly work with a high level of quality orientation; ability to
analyze and resolve problems independent of supervision with a high level of
results orientation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assignments will be both
domestic and international.
International assignments
will be in Canada and South America.
The Wind Services Technician
position requires that employees be able to ascend to heights up to 300
feet or greater, work in confined spaces, discern colors and meet body
weight restrictions of 260 pounds. A medical practitioner will assess
successful candidates to ensure they meet these requirements at all times
during their employment
Able to work suspended from
heights up to 250 feet
Ability to think clearly and
maintain composure during stressful, dangerous situations

 

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

100% travel requirement
1-2 years of relevant
experience
Must have electrical skills,
mechanical erection experience is also desired
Willing and able to learn new
skills
Basic supervisory/leadership
skills
Flexibility to travel as
needed and able to work within and lead a work team
Basic computer skills, data
entry, outlook, etc
Demonstrated quality
orientation
