Job Details:
This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
his position will train to rotate throughout the debone line, which consists of loading the line, cutting shoulders and wings, pulling breast and tenders.
Must be willing to do repetitive motions with the hands and shoulders.
Must be willing to stand and walk approximately 8 hours a day on a concrete floor with (1) one (45) forty-five-minute break.
Job consist of using a knife to perform the job functions.
Must be willing to work on a stand approximately 48 1/2 inches from the floor as needed.
Referral Bonus for 2nd shift: $4000.00 (name of person referring you must be on your application when you apply)
Sign- On Bonus for 2nd shift (new hire only): $4000.00
Debone currently has an incentive plan where team members can potentially make up to $18 an hour.
All new hires start with $15 per hour. No longer accepting rehires with work history of 3 times or more with the company.
Waiting period is 60 days if eligible for rehire.
