\u003cli\u003eOccasionally lead sorters with no other manager on site.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure scanners needed for shift are set up prior to startup.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintain daily budgeted hours.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eVerify all packages are taken to destination at the end of the sort.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOffload all inbound freight for distribution.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide continual feedback to sorters both positive and negative.\u003c/li\u003e
