Day in the Life:

As a Front-End, Pharmacy Support Staff member, you will assist in order entry tasks and medication dispensing processes. Our front-end team is focused on entering in orders, working alongside the pharmacist to ensure accuracy, and providing best in customer service. Additional tasks and responsibilities include:

Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions

Entering new and refilling orders in a timely and accurate manner

Preparing backup pharmacy orders

Complying with a process that addresses all state and federal guidelines regarding medication labeling

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 16.00

Maximum: 25.70

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

- Excellent customer service, typing, and computer skills

- Ability to communicate clearly via verbal and written English

- Ability to obtain a Pharmacy Technician-In-Training license from the state of Utah quickly after being hired.

- A desire to learn the role and responsibilities of a Pharmacy Technician, and the ability to incorporate constructive criticism into performance improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Open availability to work any time of day, any day of the week, including weekends.

Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
