Start Rate: $16.90 plus $2.00 perfect attendance incentive

Sign-on Bonus $1500

This position must hang live birds by both legs onto the overhead shackle line using both hands. Position is responsible for hanging 35 birds per minute. Birds weigh an average of 6 pounds, but can range from 5.5 to 9 pounds. Positions require the ability to push/pull/carry/lift 50 pounds periodically to transport to and dump DOA birds on take-away conveyor. Must be willing to work in hot/dark/dusty environments, use hands and arms above shoulder level and be able stand 8-10 hours a day. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

Positions will be for 1st shift.Must be able to understand and agree to follow all Safety Rules.Must be willing to stand on metal platform up to 100% of the shift.Bending, twisting, stooping, lifting and reaching is required repetitively.Must be willing to use both hands and arms to pick up live birds.
