This position is responsible for keeping the automatic bagger machine calibrated and working properly. This position checks to ensure that all bags are sealed completely and properly. Any bags with faulty seals are cut open and the meat is placed back on the conveyor belt to be re-bagged. This position requires the team member to be located in a room where the temperature is 40-45 degrees at all times. This position requires the use of personal protective equipment including hair net, beard net, smock, boots, rubber gloves, plastic sleeves, apron and hearing protection.
