Job Description

MAJOR POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

(Essential duties for which this position is responsible.)

Perform all jobs in a manner that assures maximum possible personal safety, food safety and product quality.

Tasks include product loading, trimming, pickled formulation, stuffing, clipping, pressing, cooking and transferring of product.

Perform tasks such as pickled formulation and cooking require ability to complete and accurately evaluate paperwork.

Perform tasks including evaluating product against performance and quality specifications such as trimming, clipping and pressing.

Able to pass Company written and driving test in order to receive Operators license.

Must be able to operate an Industrial Electric Powered Walker in a safe manner

Must be able to understand and check Industrial Electrical Powered Walker every day before use, for any safety issues

Must complete a Daily inspection Log for industrial electrical powered walker

Must be able to move equipment if necessary

Must be able to drive vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to plant or move equipment if necessary

Must lift and/or move

Job Requirements

Must be able to read or write

Required to have HACCP certification
