Plumber Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm

Profile

Essential Functions: Installs, repairs, and maintains chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems. Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools. Inspects joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, commodes, tanks, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions and repairs or replaces as necessary. Studies plans, drawings, and SharePoint tasks to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations. Performs preventative maintenance work as required. Follows safety guidelines set forth by Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team and supervisor. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum five (5) years of experience in commercial plumbing environment, or any equivalent education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.Previous experience working on water, drain, gas systems, working on ground, rough, finish commercial, and residential repairs, required.Special Requirements/Certification: Valid driver\u2019s license and acceptable driving record.
