Summary:
Work as a team member of the transportation crew in the moving of poults from the brooder hubs to the finishers and their other daily activities including washing trailers and loaders. Participate in brooder hub moving per schedules. Perform preventative maintenance of poult loaders and trailers. Follow best practices in the transporting of turkeys. Always follow the Farms biosecurity program. Participate in the timely moving of poults from the brooder hubs to the finisher sites. Adhere and enforce all Tyson safety policies.
Perform other duties as necessary and as assigned by department lead and/or supervisor.
Requirements (minimum requirements in order to be considered for the job)
Must not own, possess or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, CDL preferred but not required.
Must have effective use of all four limbs or equivalent.
Corrected near 20/20 vision.
Must be able to communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and management. Must be able to understand and convey written and oral communication
Internal Candidates must have and maintain 4 or less attendance points at the time of application.
External Candidates must a ble to pass a drug screening.
